    1) What do I need to bring to class?

You will need to bring a yoga mat, a towel and some drinking water.

    2) Can I claim under my private health insurance?

Yes, if you have physiotherapy extras.  You must pay the full amount and then claim the rebate.  For initial Pilates assessment the code is 500 and for group classes the code is 560. Pilates can also be billed under the 596 code if you have postnatal cover. If you are claiming under health insurance please let me know so that I can put the relevant details on your receipt. Upon payment I will email one receipt per class you have purchased to you so that you can claim the rebate back after the class.

    3) How much will I get back?

Health funds and levels of cover vary so much it is difficult to predict this. It is best to contact your health fund and quote the item numbers listed above and discuss the claiming procedure with them.

    4) Do I have to pay in advance?

Yes, you need to pay for the term or half the term in advance as we have limited spots available. We currently accept bank transfers or cash.  If transferring money please detail you baby's name in your transaction.

    5) What happens if I miss a class?

If you can't make a class please let us know as soon as possible.  If there is space in another class you can join that class to make up the missed session, this is limited to one session per half term.  We are unable to give refunds but are happy to swap your Pilates class for a baby yoga class or vice versa if need be.

    6) Do you do gift certificates?

Yes, they would be a beautiful baby shower or new baby gift. The health insurance rebate can only be claimed by the class participant.

    7) Do you do one on one consultations?

Yes, if you are uncomfortable in a group setting or unable to make our class times we can come to you providing you live within 15 km of Upper Mount Gravatt.

    8) Can you come to my Mothers Group?

Yes, as long as you live within 15km of Upper Mount Gravatt and have enough space to accommodate us all.  Class size is limited to 10 babies.
