Baby Yoga is a fun way to interact with your baby and meet like minded mums.
We will guide you through different yoga poses for your baby which can aid digestion, stretch and strengthen their muscles, aid relaxation and help them to achieve their milestones with less frustration.

What is Baby Yoga?
Baby Yoga was developed by Dr Francoise Barbira Freedman, a medical anthropologist from Cambridge University. Francoise became concerned about the amount of time modern babies spend in sedentary positions such as travelling in their prams and car seats. In her studies she had observed the way Peruvian women of the Amazon played with their babies and decided to combine their skills with her knowledge of Hatha Yoga and Baby Yoga was the result. Francoise started Baby Yoga classes in the UK and these classes have become extremely popular as they give parents skills to help their baby in many different ways. Classes incorporate massage, movements to music, singing of nursery rhymes and some relaxation time to bond with your baby. Carolyn has completed her Baby Yoga training in the UK and is excited to bring Baby Yoga to Australia.
